Divestment Returns Capital to U.S. Investors – Xtellus Capital today announced its role in facilitating the divestment of shares held in trust by JPMorgan Chase N.A. relating to depositary receipt programs previously sponsored by MTS and NCSP. The divestment supports the return of restricted capital to U.S. investors.
