OUR HISTORY
Xtellus Partners is a FINRA regulated firm that was created following the management buyout of VTB Capital’s US-based operations in 2018. The transaction was part of VTB Group’s broader divestment strategy in response to international sanctions. Since the buyout, Xtellus Partners has operated as an independent firm focused on US and emerging markets.
